This project was part of a 3 month collaboration between SCAD and Reebok. Working with a team of industrial and fashion students to conduct research and design a family of products to help enhance the performance and recovery of CrossFit athletes.

Our direction was to design a product family that caters to the fact that every athletes body is unique. This means that what works for one athlete in terms of recovery, may not be the optimum and most efficient approach for another. Thus we aimed to design the following sets of product families to help the athlete understand their body and how it works. As a result they can workout and recover effectively, which ultimately reduces injury risk, and improves overall health and performance.

The app was designed to be the connection between the athlete, their workout, recovery, nutrition and community. The non-evasive sensors located in each piece of apparel bluetooths biometric information directly to the app where the athlete can instantly track information and learn about their bodies. This helps the athlete determine what their individual bodies require, what their limits are and ultimately, help them progress and enhance their performance without injury.
